Online returns at Möbel Ehrmann
Does your order from the online shop not meet your expectations? Then you have the Möglichkeit within 14 days your right of cancellation exercising to machen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir zwischen dem Postversand und dem Speditionsversand unterscheiden. For further details, please read the information below.
This is how the return of your goods works:
- Go to our returns page at www.moebelehrmann.de/retoure-paket and follow the steps described there.
- Print out your DHL return label or alternatively use the DHL QR code directly at the DHL shop.
- Then simply hand in your parcel at a DHL branch or parcel station.
Cost note:
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat-rate return fee of €2.95, which is deducted from the refund amount. For returns from abroad, you bear the full return costs yourself.
Our service team will then inform you about the next steps and coordinate the collection of the goods.

We charge €79 for returns sent by a forwarding agent, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Would you like to cancel your contract before the goods have been dispatched? Please contact our customer service via our contact form and select "Return & cancellation" as the subject. We will then check the current shipping status and confirm your cancellation.
